InjectionMolding

Efficient, high-volume production of precision plastic parts — from engineering-grade thermoplastics to high-performance polymers, with consistent quality across every cycle.

Precision Plastic Molding

Injection molding is the most widely used manufacturing process for producing plastic parts at scale. Molten polymer is injected under high pressure into a precision-machined mold cavity, where it cools and solidifies into the final shape with excellent dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

We handle both thermoplastic and thermoset molding, working with a broad range of engineering polymers to produce components for automotive, electronics, medical devices, and consumer products. Our process ensures tight tolerances, repeatable quality, and fast cycle times for high-volume production.

The Injection Molding Process

Each molding cycle follows five precisely controlled stages to produce consistent, high-quality plastic parts at speed.

01
Mold Design
Precision mold design and tooling with optimized gating, cooling channels, and ejection systems for part quality and cycle efficiency.
02
Material Prep
Raw polymer pellets are dried, blended with colorants or additives, and fed into the hopper for consistent melt quality.
03
Injection
Molten plastic is injected under high pressure into the clamped mold cavity, filling every detail of the part geometry.
04
Cooling
The mold is cooled to solidify the part. Cooling time and temperature are precisely controlled to prevent warpage and sink marks.
05
Ejection
The mold opens and ejector pins release the finished part. Runners and gates are trimmed, and the part is inspected for quality.

Engineering Polymers

We mold a wide range of thermoplastic and high-performance polymers matched to your application demands.
